About the Role
Atlas Metal is looking for a Bathware NPD Manager to lead new product development for its bathware product portfolio.
The role will focus on managing the complete product development journey, from concept development, 3D design and prototyping to trials, testing, validation, documentation and product launch.
Experience:
8–12
Preferred Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Design, Ceramic, Sanitaryware Technology, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product development for bathware products.
- Manage concept development, 3D design, prototypes, trials, and testing.
- Support validation, documentation, and product launch.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Quality, Production, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Track market trends, customer needs, timelines, and project progress.
Key Skills
- Bathware product development
- Material and manufacturing process understanding
- Testing standards and validation
- SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D design software
