Sr. Supervisor – Packing

About the Role

Atlas Metal is looking for a Sr. Supervisor – Packing to manage packing operations, inventory control, and dispatch coordination at its Jamnagar facility.

The role will focus on packing accuracy, stock traceability, FIFO, SAP/ERP transactions, manpower planning, productivity, shop-floor safety, and coordination with Production, QC, Sales, and Stores for dispatch readiness.

Experience:

2–3 years in packing operations, inventory, or dispatch coordination

Preferred Qualification:

Diploma / Graduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage packing operations, inventory control, and dispatch coordination.
  • Maintain packing accuracy, stock traceability, and dispatch readiness.
  • Handle material issue / return, FIFO, and stock control.
  • Manage manpower, productivity, and daily packing schedules.
  • Coordinate with Production, QC, Sales, and Stores.

QC Manager

About the Role

Atlas Metal is looking for a QC Manager to lead the Quality Control function at its Jamnagar facility.

The role will focus on managing quality systems, audits, compliance, customer complaints, NCR, CAPA, 8D, RCA, corrective actions and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Experience:

8–10+ years in Quality Control / Quality Management, including 3+ years in a QC Manager / Quality Manager role

Preferred Qualification:

Qualification in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, Quality, or a related engineering field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Quality Control function at the Jamnagar facility.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
  • Conduct internal, process, product, customer, and supplier audits.
  • Manage NCR, CAPA, 8D, RCA, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
  • Support UL compliance, quality systems, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Atlas Metal is looking for an ATEX, IECEx & UL Certification Manager to manage product certification and compliance with international standards.

The role will focus on certification activities, technical documentation, testing and approvals, coordination with certification agencies, and cross-functional work with R&D, Quality, Production and Engineering teams.

Experience:

Relevant experience in ATEX, IECEx, UL certification, hazardous-area products, or industrial product compliance

Preferred Qualification:

Engineering qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product certification and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate documentation, testing, approvals, and certification processes.
  • Liaise with Notified Bodies, UL, and certification agencies.

The role will focus on managing the complete product development journey, from concept development, 3D design and prototyping to trials, testing, validation, documentation and product launch.
