About the Role
Atlas Metal is looking for a Bathware NPD Manager to lead new product development for its bathware product portfolio.
The role will focus on managing the complete product development journey, from concept development, 3D design and prototyping to trials, testing, validation, documentation and product launch.
Experience:
1–3 years. Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude can also apply.
Preferred Qualification:
Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop new customers and promote bathware products.
- Understand customer requirements and manage follow-ups.
- Handle order booking and collection.
- Build relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, and contractors.
